It seems that the coronavirus and quarantine did not particularly affect Tesla, because in 2020 car sales only grew. Over 12 months, 490,550 cars were delivered to customers, which is just slightly short of the 500 thousand promised by Elon Musk.

In total, 454,932 Tesla Model 3 and Model Y were produced, as well as 54,805 Tesla Model S and Model X. The Tesla Model 3 sedan is again the most popular electric car in the world – for the third year in a row.
The fourth quarter of last year was decisive for Tesla. Then 179,757 cars were produced and 180,570 were delivered to customers.
For 2021, Tesla's plans are even more ambitious, because the enterprise in China will reach full capacity. So far, no automaker in the world can even come close to the indicators of the American company, however, in Europe, for example, Renault Zoe and Volkswagen ID.3 overtook Tesla Model 3 in sales.
