The first place went to the electric car Tesla Model S, 92% of owners of which are ready to buy the same model again. Tesla owners are especially pleased with good dynamics, comfortable air suspension and the possibility of free charging at Supercharger stations.
The second and third places with a minimal gap from Tesla were taken by sports cars Porsche 911 and Chevrolet Corvette. The models were appreciated, first of all, for excellent driving qualities and for a wide range of various versions.
The top ten also included: Lincoln Continental, Ford F-350, Mazda MX-5 Miata, Toyota Prius, Tesla Model X, Honda Odyssey and Dodge Challenger.

The compact crossover Mercedes-Benz GLA, which took first place in the anti-rating of satisfaction, was the least liked by its owners. In this model, owners are not satisfied with sound insulation, visibility, stiff suspension, the operation of the automatic transmission and the complex multimedia system.
The second place goes to the budget sedan Nissan Sentra, which annoys drivers with mediocre suspension and weak dynamics. The third position is occupied by the rather expensive sedan Acura ILX, whose owners do not like the sound insulation, suspension and the 2.4-liter gasoline engine.
Also in the top ten of "losers" were: Chevrolet Trax, Nissan Versa Sedan, Dodge Journey, Infiniti QX60, Ford Transit Connect, Fiat 500 and Dodge Grand Caravan.
