According to information obtained by journalists from Forbes, Ford's president Mark Fields will be dismissed in the near future.
James Hackett, who previously headed the Ford Smart Mobility division, should become Fields' successor.
Mark Fields was appointed president of Ford only three years ago, but the board of directors is clearly very dissatisfied with his work.
In particular, Fields is accused of being unable to unite the team for common goals, lacking a proper development strategy, which led to a 40% drop in the company's shares.
