This time, more than 35 thousand owners of 2014 model year cars were surveyed. Drivers were asked to report what malfunctions they encountered in their models during the last year of operation.
The final list indicates the number of defects per hundred cars. The first place was shared between Porsche and Lexus, and the full top ten of the rating looks like this:

The least reliable by a large margin were Fiat models:

Compared to last year, the average indicator decreased from 152 to 156 malfunctions. The study organizers noted a significant increase in complaints about battery problems, as well as a slight rise in the percentage of dissatisfaction with multimedia systems.
