Production of this executive limousine began in 1998. At the start of sales, it was considered the most powerful and fastest in its class — under the hood was a 6.8-liter gasoline engine with two turbochargers. However, the lead was soon lost, especially after the car received a new 4.4-liter V8 from BMW, paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Throughout the model's history, Red Line, Green Line, R, and RL versions were produced. Drive — rear. Serial production ceased in 2009.
