The French brand Peugeot lacked a bright sports car. In 2010, the company introduced the RCZ model, which was called the "shark." This car features a unique design and content that allows it to compete with the best representatives of the sports coupe class. In Ukraine, the new Peugeot RCZ was offered in several trim levels. The engine range included diesel and gasoline engines with a displacement from 1.6 to 2 liters. The units were paired exclusively with 6-speed transmissions — manual or automatic with manual shift capability.
