Peugeot 108: prices and specifications

Peugeot 108 is the most compact hatchback in the French brand's lineup, replacing the 107 model.

The first details about the new model were released shortly before the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The small Peugeot is equipped with three-cylinder petrol engines. The base version features a 1.0-liter engine producing 69 hp. For higher trims, a 1.2-liter engine with 83 hp is available. Buyers can choose between a 5-speed manual transmission and a robotic gearbox.

Even in its basic configuration, the Peugeot 108 comes with six airbags, stability control, a speed limiter, and electric power steering. Optional extras include a rearview camera and automatic headlight control. The interior features a unique instrument panel mounted on the steering column.

Sales in Europe began in the summer of 2014.
