The Ferrari F430 replaced the Ferrari 360 in 2004 and was produced until 2009. It was based on the predecessor's body, onto which designers from the Pininfarina studio "stretched" a new exterior, adding aerodynamics and more pronounced sculpted lines. Nevertheless, the car's downforce increased. The rear lights were taken from the Enzo Ferrari, while the large oval sections in the front bumper resembled those of the brand's racing models from the mid-1960s.
The car was produced in two body styles: "Berlinetta" (coupe) and "Spider" (convertible). Under the hood was a 4.3-liter gasoline engine, mated to 6-speed transmissions: a conventional manual and an electro-hydraulic F1.
The car is rear-wheel drive.
