Ferrari California is a two-door coupe-cabriolet first introduced by the Italian manufacturer in 2008 at the Paris Motor Show. The model became the fourth new Ferrari in the 21st century. Thus, the company revived the name California, which in the mid-20th century was used for the Ferrari 250 GT model. The new California became the first model of the brand with an all-metal folding roof, multi-link rear suspension, and front-engine layout.
The car is equipped with a 4.3-liter V8 gasoline engine with direct injection, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automated manual transmission. Drive is rear-wheel.
