So, the T90 pickup found itself among the top three in its segment, and the Euniq 6 crossover was recognized as one of the best urban SUVs. Let's take a closer look at these models and find out if they can compete with recognized global market leaders.
Today, the Maxus model lineup on the Ukrainian market includes three passenger cars (one crossover and two minivans), one pickup, and three commercial models offered in more than ten modifications. All these vehicles are electric, except for commercial transport, which can run on both traditional fuel and electric power.
Maxus Euniq 6
This is probably one of the most attractive offers for Ukrainian buyers, as it embodies several key expectations of the modern market at once. First, it is a crossover — a format that traditionally has the highest demand in Ukraine. Second, it is an electric vehicle, which aligns with current trends of recent years. And third, the Euniq 6 offers rich equipment and spaciousness, making it an almost ideal choice for many families.
Despite its external similarity to competitors, the Euniq 6 turns out to be even larger than the new Nissan X-Trail: its length reaches 4720 mm, while the 2024 X-Trail has 4680 mm. This means that inside the Euniq 6 there is enough space for all passengers. The trunk also impresses with its capacity — 754 liters, which is the best indicator in this class.
The car's interior stands out with a noticeable premium character, and the quality of finishing and the placement of screens indicate careful work by experienced specialists on ergonomics. This is not surprising, as among Maxus engineers there are former employees of Toyota and other well-known manufacturers.
As for equipment, everything is at a high level:

The key question remains the price: despite the electric powertrain, significant dimensions, and rich equipment, the cost of the Maxus crossover in Ukraine starts from 33,953 euros, and under a promotional offer — from 30,990 euros. At the same time, the buyer receives an official warranty, which is rare for electric vehicle owners in our country: 5 years or 100,000 km on the vehicle and 8 years or 200,000 km on the battery.
Maxus T90
In today's conditions, pickups in Ukraine are often associated with military use, but every year more and more citizens choose this type of vehicle for civilian needs. Despite the fact that we are still far from American popularity indicators, interest in pickups is growing. The Maxus T90 is one of the few electric pickups on the market.
In terms of dimensions, the Maxus electric pickup surpasses the Mitsubishi L200 by almost 200 mm and is 40 mm longer than the new Toyota Hilux. This provides a spacious cabin, atypical for this class: the rear row of seats does not force passengers to sit in a cramped position, as in many competitors. In the T90, rear passengers can sit comfortably with sufficient legroom. The payload capacity is also significant — 1000 kg.
The fully electric T90 is equipped exclusively with a maximum battery capacity of 88.55 kWh and can travel up to 471 km without recharging — this is an excellent indicator even for a regular electric vehicle, not to mention a large cargo-passenger pickup.
It is worth noting that the Maxus electric pickup is equipped at the level of a premium passenger car, not as purely work transport. The list of equipment includes rain and light sensors, CarPlay, LED headlights, automatic emergency braking system, etc.
An important detail: since pickups belong to the commercial category of transport, VAT has been canceled on them since March 2024, making this model even more profitable for Ukrainian buyers. At the official Maxus dealer PE "AIDZHY", the electric T90 pickup can be purchased for 42,771 euros, which places it among the most affordable electric pickups on the primary market of new cars.
