Aston Martin
The new Aston Martin DBX is officially sold in Ukraine at a price starting from 7.2 million hryvnias. Aston Martin's first crossover features a luxurious interior and rich equipment, and under its hood is a 4.0-liter 550-horsepower V8 twin-turbo from Mercedes-AMG.
Audi
The Audi Q3 lineup has been expanded with the coupe-like Sportback variant, featuring a dynamic profile and extended equipment. The Audi crossover is available with petrol turbo engines of 1.5 liters (150 hp) and 2.0 liters (180 hp). There are versions of Audi Q3 Sportback with front and all-wheel drive.
The Sportback variant was also given to the electric car Audi e-tron. Its two electric motors develop 408 hp, and the range is 440 km.
In 2020, the hot Audi RS6, RS7 and RS Q8 with a 4.0-liter turbocharged eight-cylinder engine producing 600 hp also arrived in Ukraine. By the way, Audi RS Q8 is the fastest crossover on the Nürburgring.
Bentley
The new Bentley Flying Spur is one of the most expensive sedans on the Ukrainian market. The car has become larger and more spacious. Available are a 4.0-liter turbocharged V8 with 550 hp and a 635-horsepower W12 with a volume of 6.0 liters.
The Bentley Bentayga has undergone an update – it has a new front and rear, and the interior now features a virtual instrument cluster and a large touchscreen. For now, only the 4.0-liter version is offered in Ukraine, while the W12 variant will appear later.
BMW
The BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe is the most compact sedan of the German brand. The front-wheel-drive C-class model is built on the platform of the 1 Series hatchback and attracts with its swift design. The top version M235i received a 306-horsepower turbo engine.
Also, the coupe and convertible BMW 4 Series with a very unconventional front-end design appeared in Ukraine. The hot BMW M3 and M4 are also available to order, and now they are offered in two variants – standard 480-horsepower and Competition with 510 hp.
Citroen
The Citroen C3 has undergone a planned facelift. The 2020 model is recognizable by its modified front end with LED optics, and new seats are installed in the cabin. The new Citroen C3 in Ukraine is available with 1.2-liter petrol engines producing 82 and 110 hp.
DS
The second model in the Ukrainian lineup of the French premium brand was the compact crossover DS3 Crossback. The car has an avant-garde design and non-standard interior styling, as well as very generous trim levels. On our market, versions with 1.2-liter petrol turbo engines of 130 and 155 hp and a 1.5-liter 130-horsepower turbodiesel are available.
FAW
The lineup of crossovers of the Chinese concern FAW has been supplemented with a very stylish model – FAW X80. The crossover is based on the platform of the first-generation Mazda 6. Front-wheel drive and a petrol two-liter engine are non-alternative – you can only choose the type of transmission.
Ford
Ford brought two new crossovers to Ukraine in 2020. The third generation Ford Kuga has grown in size and become more elegant in appearance. The crossover's interior is more spacious, and the trunk has grown to 556 liters. Available are a 1.5-liter petrol turbo engine, as well as turbodiesels of 1.5 liters (120 hp) and 2.0 liters (190 hp).
The revived Ford Puma is now not a coupe, but a compact crossover on the Fiesta platform with a bright design and good handling. Several richly equipped versions were brought to Ukraine, but so far there is only one engine – a 1.0-liter petrol turbocharged engine with 125 hp.
Honda
The new Honda Jazz arrived in Ukraine exclusively in hybrid form. The B-class model is equipped with a power unit producing 97 hp and consumes on average only 2.4 l/100 km. In addition to the standard Jazz, the Crosstar variant with off-road plastic body cladding is also offered.
Hyundai
At the end of the year, the new generation Hyundai Elantra arrived in our country. The sedan has become slightly larger, and in design, smooth lines have been replaced by edges. A virtual instrument cluster has appeared in the cabin. As before, for the Hyundai Elantra in Ukraine you can choose petrol engines of 1.6 liters (127 hp) and 2.0 liters (152 hp).
In addition to the Elantra, Hyundai presented updated Accent, i30 and Santa Fe, with the crossover undergoing a serious modernization with replacement of some body panels and the dashboard in the cabin.
JAC
The compact crossover JAC S4 compares favorably with other models of the Chinese company due to its original appearance, stylishly designed interior and rich equipment. The 1.5-liter turbo engine of the crossover is paired with a manual or CVT, but it is deprived of all-wheel drive.
Jetour
In 2020, a new brand even came to Ukraine. Jetour is a division of Chery, and its debut model is the seven-seat crossover X70. The model is relatively inexpensive (from 498 thousand hryvnias), but already in the base it received a panoramic roof, surround-view cameras and an electric tailgate. Under the hood is a 1.5-liter 147-horsepower turbo engine.
Kia
The Kia XCeed is the off-road version of the Ceed hatchback. However, the newcomer differs from its sibling not only in increased ground clearance and plastic body cladding – the design turned out brighter. The Kia XCeed is offered with a 1.4-liter 140-horsepower turbo engine.
Land Rover
The Land Rover Defender is one of the most interesting new products of the year. The revived SUV lost its frame, but this did not make it less capable off-road. Moreover, the car has become more comfortable and received a whole set of modern technologies. Available are petrol and diesel turbocharged engines with power from 200 to 400 hp.
Mazda
The Mazda CX-30 crossover has taken a niche between the CX-3 and CX-5 models. On the Ukrainian market, the model is offered only with a 2.0-liter 150-horsepower engine, supplemented by a mild hybrid system and a cylinder deactivation system. The car is interesting to drive and richly equipped.
Mercedes-Benz
The German brand surprised in 2020 with a whole host of new products, and the most important of them was the sedan Mercedes-Benz S-Class W223, which arrived in Ukraine at the end of the year. The new flagship is traditionally luxurious, comfortable and richly equipped. A large touchscreen has appeared in the cabin, and the equipment has been supplemented with all-wheel steering. For now, only 3.0-liter versions are available – a 435-horsepower petrol and diesel versions with 286 and 330 hp.
Orders are also accepted in Ukraine for the new Mercedes-Maybach GLS. The top version of the GLS is equipped with a 557-horsepower V8 twin-turbo. It is noteworthy that the car is four-seat: individual seats with electric drive, ventilation and massage are installed in the second row. The equipment includes air suspension with a road scanning function.
The second-generation Mercedes GLE Coupe has become more elegant and more spacious inside. A virtual instrument cluster has appeared in the cabin, and the list of safety systems has been expanded. Available are petrol and diesel engines with power from 272 to 612 hp.
The updated Mercedes E-Class family also arrived in Ukraine – sedan, estate and the increased cross-country version All-Terrain. The new second-generation Mercedes-Benz GLA is also offered. The crossover has transformed externally and no longer resembles a raised A-Class hatchback. The interior space has been increased, and the trunk volume has grown to 435 liters.
In addition, the new seven-seat Mercedes-Benz GLB with a more angular design and more interior space is built on its platform. Both models are available with petrol and diesel engines with power from 136 to 306 hp, and the GLA also has versions from AMG with 387 and 421 hp.
The electric car Mercedes EQC also went on sale. The crossover is equipped with two motors with a total power of 408 hp. The electric car's range is 450 km, and acceleration to 100 km/h takes 5.1 seconds.
Opel
The new Opel Corsa stands out with its stylish youthful design. The B-class hatchback has grown in size and become more spacious inside. The model's equipment has been significantly expanded. In Europe, even the electric version of the Opel Corsa is already offered, while on the Ukrainian market only 1.2-liter petrol engines with 75 and 130 hp are available so far.
Peugeot
The second-generation Peugeot 2008 crossover is significantly larger than its predecessor and much brighter in appearance. A non-standard virtual instrument panel with three-dimensional graphics has appeared in the cabin. The new Peugeot 2008 in Ukraine is offered with 1.2-liter petrol turbo engines of 130 and 155 hp, as well as a 1.5-liter 130-horsepower turbodiesel. At the end of the year, prices were also announced for the updated Peugeot 3008. The crossover's design was changed, and an enlarged touchscreen appeared in the cabin. At first, 2.0-liter turbodiesels with 150 and 180 hp are available.
Renault
The Renault Arkana is one of the most important new products of 2020. It is important that the Renault crossover is assembled in Ukraine – at the Zaporizhzhia Automobile Plant. The Arkana is built on the Duster platform, but looks much more elegant, is richly equipped and is available with a 1.33-liter 150-horsepower turbo engine. SEAT
The updated SEAT Ateca crossover has become very similar to the flagship Tarraco and even acquired a heated steering wheel, which is not available for the older brother. In addition, the crossover boasts LED optics already in the base and a virtual Digital Cockpit instrument panel, available as an option.
Skoda
The new Skoda Octavia A8 is already available with liftback and estate bodies. The car has become larger and much more richly equipped. Interesting innovations have appeared, such as a virtual instrument panel. In Ukraine, the Octavia is offered with petrol turbo engines of 1.4 and 1.5 liters, both with the same power – 150 hp. However, the 1.5-liter engine is supplemented with a hybrid system.
The Skoda Kamiq is the most compact crossover of the Czech brand. For its size, the car is quite roomy and has a rather large 400-liter trunk. It is built on the platform of the Scala hatchback and uses its engines – a 1.5-liter 150-horsepower turbo four and a 1.6-liter turbodiesel with 116 hp.
Suzuki
The new Suzuki Ignis is one of the few A-class models in Ukraine. It has a decent (180 mm) ground clearance, and it is also the most affordable hybrid on our market (from 483,900 hryvnias). The power unit consists of a 1.2-liter petrol engine and an electric motor.
Toyota
A new Toyota Highlander arrived in Ukraine in 2020. The family crossover has moved to a more modern platform, and its design has become more muscular. The interior space has been increased, and the equipment has become richer. The Toyota crossover is offered with a proven 3.5-liter V6 with 249 hp.
The new Toyota Yaris in Ukraine is sold exclusively in a hybrid modification. The petrol 1.5-liter four-cylinder and electric motor together produce 115 hp. The Yaris has a fresh design and expanded safety equipment.
In addition, the updated Hilux pickup appeared with a modified front-end design and a more powerful 2.8-liter turbodiesel with 204 hp.
Volkswagen
The new Volkswagen T-Cross has finally reached Ukraine. This is the smallest Volkswagen crossover, just over 4 meters long, but it has a decent (455 l) trunk. On our market, petrol turbo engines of 1.0 liters (115 hp) and 1.5 liters (150 hp) are offered. All versions received a 7-speed robot with two clutches.
Also, at the end of the year, the updated Volkswagen Tiguan was offered with a refreshed design and new multimedia in the cabin.
