This car is a slightly larger version of the A-Class, from which it inherited the same engines and chassis. Production of the B-Class began in 2005, and six years later, Mercedes-Benz introduced the second generation of the model, built on an updated platform with a wheelbase reduced to 2700 mm. Under the hood, a 1.6-liter gasoline or 1.8-liter diesel engine is installed. They work in conjunction with a six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Drive — front-wheel drive.
