Mercedes AMG GT is a two-seat sports coupe created to replace the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG (internal body code - C197) is a two-seat luxury-class sports coupe/roadster. It is produced by the AMG sports division of Mercedes-Benz. It features an original door layout - they open upward, resembling gull wings. Due to this door type, it is considered the historical successor to the iconic Mercedes-Benz 300SL, which was produced in the 1950s.
The car is equipped with a V8 engine with a displacement of 6.3 liters. The price of such a car starts at 205,000 euros.
The car was first shown in 2009 in Frankfurt. Sales began in March 2010.
