The South Korean manufacturer aims to take a leading position in the mid-range segment of the Ukrainian market. For this purpose, a modern model was developed — the Hyundai Sonata. Its exterior and interior partially echo the design of Japanese competitors. The Hyundai Sonata sedan debuted in 1985 and has since become more powerful and larger with each generation. Currently, the model is supplied to the Ukrainian market with gasoline engines ranging from 2.0 to 2.4 liters. Transmissions are 6-speed: either a manual gearbox or a 6-speed automatic with manual shift function.
