Yes, over the past 8 months, 231 electric vehicles received their first registration in Ukraine. This is almost 400% more than in the same period of 2014.
The most popular electric car is the Nissan Leaf (149 cars). In second place is Tesla with 21 cars. The top three are rounded out by Renault electric vehicles (19 cars).
If the demand for electric vehicles continues to grow at this pace, Ukraine will soon catch up with or even overtake the Czech Republic. As for other European countries, the most eco-friendly cars are bought in Germany, France, and Britain.
