Are you satisfied with warranty repairs at official service centers that are required to follow the manufacturer's regulations?
The level of our "official" service

At the Ford branded service (at the "Winner" dealer) I had maintenance and body repair done. In terms of atmosphere and staff attitude, it rather resembles a housing maintenance office. There is no direct rudeness, but you get the feeling that you are doing them a favor, not they you — especially given their exorbitant prices. One of the managers fed me promises and "tomorrows" for several weeks instead of sending a couple of documents to the insurance company.
It's funny to recall how in the same showroom they sold you this car — then everyone was the epitome of politeness and care.
Given how many cars Winner sells - it's not surprising.
I don't know... Personally, I don't work at an official dealership service center, and our prices are reasonable. We often interact with insurance companies, and clients are generally satisfied. I haven't noticed any rudeness on our part if the client is reasonable. But there are also those whom it's better to refuse right away — you won't earn all the money anyway.
Please advise who to contact for engine repair on a 1984 Ford Fiesta. Thanks in advance.
Here is a list of Kyiv services for Ford. But, most likely, repairs there will not be cheap.
Come to Kharkiv. There is an excellent specialized service center for Ford here. The mechanics are experienced and know both new and old models well. Spare parts are always in stock — both new and used. Prices are reasonable, and the service is high-quality.
