I don't pick up the phone while driving — I consider talking while driving unacceptable, and the fines here are absolutely fair. I don't use a headset often. My main operator is MTS, I kept Kyivstar as a backup option, but after the tariff increase, I use MTS more and more often.
Tell me, what is the current fine for talking on a mobile phone while driving, after all these price increases and cancellations? Everything is getting more expensive here, they cancel something insignificant, I can't keep up with everything. Same with Kyivstar — they introduce something new, remove something old, I don't have time for anything. I know there were some price increases there too, but for now I'm on MTS — and it's fine.

With the new tariffs from Kyivstar, you won't have to be distracted from the road — you'll only be able to call in rare, exceptional situations, because it turns out to be very expensive.
While driving, I have to talk a lot — it's that kind of job, constantly in the car and on the phone. I often use a headset, but not a wireless one, just regular earphones — it's more convenient.

I generally reduced conversations while driving to a minimum. It distracts a lot from the road. And in general, I'm for hands-free. Sometimes you come across such drivers that it's even scary to drive past them.

If he wins a billion from Kyivstar, I think he won't have any outgoing calls — only incoming ones. But overall, the guy is doing well, I believe he is acting correctly.
I think there should be many more such lawsuits. We should learn from Americans to defend our rights in court — then large companies like Kyivstar will be forced to take us into account.

Well done for deciding to do it. If the AMCU couldn't bring Kyivstar to reason, then maybe an ordinary person can. I think after the official statement, many shortcomings in the operator's work will surface. I'm already tired of people being blatantly fleeced.

The amount is indeed impressive — it looks more like a PR stunt than a real lawsuit. But such publicity clearly does not play into the hands of Kyivstar.
What's unrealistic? Kyivstar makes so much money from such schemes that returning money to subscribers costs them nothing. Moreover, it's not from their own pocket — it's our own funds that we overpay through their inflated tariffs. So I support this guy.
