Hello, Anatoliy.
I am planning to buy a car in the near future, but I won't be able to register it in my name right away — I'll have to buy it by power of attorney. The car is currently with the second owner, who also uses it by power of attorney from the first owner. The first owner is ready to re-register the car or issue a new power of attorney.
The question is: if I don't sign any documents with the legal owner, what will the tax be calculated on when deregistering and registering? And will my name appear anywhere when deregistering at the MREO? Thanks in advance.

Hello. Please advise on how to properly draft a purchase and sale agreement when selling a car, so that no questions arise from the tax service later. Thank you in advance.

Hello. I want to sell my car. How to properly draw up a sales contract to avoid problems with the tax inspectorate. Thank you.
Hello. Yes, you can. There are no age restrictions for the car when re-registering — the main thing is that the car is registered and you have all the necessary documents.
Of course you can, what's the problem?
Good afternoon! I am planning to buy a car and would like to know how to avoid potential questions from the tax service.
