Lincoln MKX is a mid-size crossover that debuted in 2007, replacing the luxury model Aviator. It is a "close relative" of the Ford Edge, as both cars are built on the common CD3 platform. They share the same powertrains, body panels, and a number of other details in exterior and interior design.
In 2011, the model underwent a facelift that affected the exterior and interior of the car.
The car is equipped with a 3.5-liter gasoline engine that works in conjunction with a six-speed automatic transmission. Drive is front or all-wheel drive.
