JAC J2

JAC J2 is a front-wheel drive hatchback belonging to the A-class. The model was first presented to the general public in 2009 at the Shanghai Auto Show, and went on sale in the Chinese market in early 2010.

The car's design was developed by specialists from the Italian studio Pininfarina. The J2 is built on JAC's own platform. It features a McPherson front suspension and a torsion beam rear suspension.

Standard equipment includes a height-adjustable steering column, electric power steering, audio system, air conditioning, and alloy wheels. Optional extras include two front airbags, parking sensors, central locking, and ABS.

Under the hood is a 1-liter gasoline engine producing 68 hp and 90 Nm of torque. The transmission is a five-speed manual gearbox.

Sales of the model started in Ukraine in September 2013.
