Externally, the new model differs from the already familiar representatives of the GS family only by the "350" and "AWD" badges. Inside, there is not a single new detail. But under the hood, there are more surprises. First of all, it is a 3.5-liter gasoline engine producing 307 horsepower. For comparison, the hybrid version GS 450h is equipped with a unit of the same displacement, but with a power of 296 hp. On the GS 350 AWD, this engine works in conjunction with the adaptive automatic transmission Super ECT. The smart transmission operates quickly and smoothly, adapting to road conditions and driving style.
Torque to the front axle is transmitted through a transfer case using a low-noise chain. And the planetary self-locking center differential intelligently distributes torque between the axles.
All-wheel drive makes the car's behavior more confident, especially on wet or slippery surfaces, and increases active safety. The powerful engine provides excellent dynamics — 6.1 seconds to 100 km/h, but the maximum speed of the Lexus 350 AWD is limited with a reserve: at 190 km/h.
![]() | INTERNAL STANDARDS The interior of the 350 AWD is as luxurious as that of the other GS models. The hydromechanical adaptive automatic Super ECT has six ranges. |
