The two-seat supercar from Lamborghini debuted in 2011 at the Geneva Motor Show as the successor to the Murciélago. Following the tradition of naming cars after Spanish bullfighting, the new model was named Aventador — according to legend, this was the name of the famous bull that glorified the Vides family from Zaragoza. The LP700-4 suffix in the name indicates the engine power of 700 hp, and the number 4 denotes all-wheel drive. The car is equipped with a 6.5-liter gasoline engine paired with a seven-speed preselective E-Gear transmission.
