The subcompact hatchback BYD Flyer managed to establish itself on the Ukrainian market due to its low price and decent technical characteristics. It is often purchased as a first or only family car. The car is equipped with a 0.8-liter engine producing 40 horsepower, so it is not capable of high speed. Only a version with a 5-speed manual transmission is available for Ukraine — ordering an automatic for this model is not possible.
