Hello! According to Article 19, Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, cases concerning appeals against legal acts are considered by the court at the place of residence (stay, location) of the plaintiff. Therefore, you can file a new lawsuit in the court at your place of residence. You also need to submit an application for restoration of the deadline for appeal, stating as the reason the filing of the lawsuit in the Shevchenkivskyi district court, and attach a copy of the court ruling.
