Colleague, please advise how a citizen of Russia, who is in Ukraine on temporary registration (the same 90 days under the migration card issued upon entry), can pass the exam and obtain a driver's license? Are there any working options at all, and if so, which ones are the most convenient? I would be very grateful for an answer.

99% іноземців просто роблять тимчасове посвідчення, якщо мають своє. А якщо немає — то треба відкривати ВНП, інакше ніяк.
