Antidote to traffic police for all occasions

April 6, 2009 · A discussion from the forum archive

I am a driver with thirty years of experience, living in Kyiv. I want to address those who are tired of constant disputes with inspectors and unjustified fines. I have a ready manuscript of a book of 288 pages — in essence, it is a practical guide on how to behave in a dispute with a traffic police officer. There is no such material in Ukraine yet. The book analyzes typical situations and ways to protect your rights. For example, it explains that the existing system of road signs allows driving in Kyiv at speeds up to 110 km/h, and the smell of alcohol from the mouth by itself does not prove intoxication. I am looking for a sponsor or advertiser who will help publish the book and finance the filming of a documentary. I need access to the management of banks, insurance companies, and car manufacturers. For practical help — a reward. Ready to answer questions. Contact by email: [email protected].
