Would you pay $27,000 for a Chinese "car"?
In a couple of decades, when such cars start being made from proper metal rather than plywood, then it will be possible to seriously consider such an option.
I think in about twenty years almost all cars will be made of plywood. Even now, finding a car made of proper metal is a big problem, and a Korean or Japanese one is almost impossible. And Chinese boxes on wheels, in my opinion, are assembled almost from cardboard.
Chinese cars are a complete nightmare: the design is shabby, and the quality is nowhere near good. And still, there are those who buy them.
This is exactly what scares me!
