Is there a real possibility to prove that the car was damaged at the service station and that low-quality parts were installed there? I picked up the car after promises to fix everything — due to arthrosis, I needed to use the car. Later, the service station stated that they handed me a working car, and all defects appeared later, and I just came with complaints. I have the receipts. How realistic is it to win the case in court and how can the service station's fault be confirmed?
