credit car problems

The car was bought on credit, and the bank transferred hryvnias for the car, although at that time the loan was issued exclusively in dollars. The car cost 65 thousand, we have already paid part, and the balance at the rate of 5.35 is 58 thousand. However, now, at the current rate, this debt has grown to 85 thousand. We want to sell the car, but at this rate it turns out to be more expensive than a new one. The bank does not provide a discount for early full repayment. What can be done in such a situation?
