Ну, з віком машини зараз трохи послабили обмеження, але все одно краще брати не старше п'яти років, щоб не морочитися з розмитненням. Іноземець навряд чи зможе оформити тимчасовий паспорт без постійної реєстрації — це лише для громадян.
