In Ukraine, the Europrotocol for registering minor traffic accidents has officially come into effect starting today. However, in practice, its application will begin no earlier than October — insurance companies have not yet received the forms, and a number of organizational issues have not been resolved. Nevertheless, this is a noticeable step forward for the country's road sector.
