Boris Kolesnikov: "The main problem is roads"

Today, the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, met with the Vice Prime Minister — Minister of Infrastructure, Borys Kolesnikov. During the meeting, the state of the country's road and transport infrastructure was <a href="/news/ukraine/18629.html">discussed</a>.

The phrase was especially memorable: "The point is not primarily about how to build roads, but how to properly finance and administer them. This issue requires serious study."
