Boris Kolesnikov: "The main problem is roads"

Today, the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, met with the Vice Prime Minister — Minister of Infrastructure, Borys Kolesnikov. During the meeting, the state of the country's road and transport infrastructure was discussed. The phrase was especially memorable: "The point is not primarily about how to build roads, but how to properly finance and administer them. This issue requires serious study." That is, in essence, asphalt can be compacted even with feet, the main thing is that the financing is correct.
