Today, the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, met with the Vice Prime Minister — Minister of Infrastructure, Borys Kolesnikov. During the meeting, the state of the country's road and transport infrastructure was discussed.
The phrase was especially memorable: "The point is not primarily about how to build roads, but how to properly finance and administer them. This issue requires serious study."
