In the morning, at the 22nd kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road, near a traffic police post, an explosion occurred. Responsibility was claimed by the anarchist group "Anarchist Guerrilla." According to investigators, the explosive was thrown over the fence of the impound lot located next to the post. As a result of the incident, no one was injured.
Anarchists believe that traffic police officers have long deserved retribution. In their blog, they note that the time and place of the explosion, around four in the morning, were chosen so that there were no residential buildings nearby, and random passersby and drivers could not be harmed.
