Will they cancel the technical inspection and power of attorney

<p>The Verkhovna Rada passed in the first reading a bill on the abolition of technical inspection and power of attorney. This is an important step, but it does not yet guarantee that the document will reach the second reading in its original form. Journalists of AvtoPortal in the material "There are doubts..." analyzed what changes may be made to the bill before the second reading.</p>
<p>I am concerned that by the second reading, deputies will be voting on a different version, with amendments and additions, rather than the one that was originally announced.</p>
