"Yo-mobile" a grandiose project or another scam?

In May 2011, the hundred-thousandth application was submitted for the Russian hybrid 'Yo-mobile'. Potential buyers are not bothered by the fact that at that time not a single real car capable of even moving from a standstill had been produced — only beautiful semi-models shown a year earlier. The promises become more and more tempting, but live examples still do not appear.
