One inadequate driver in a Honda decided to drive from Pushkin Street onto Rosa Luxemburg Street straight across the sidewalk. At the same time, his behavior was strange: he either covered his face with his hands, as if scared, or stuck his leg out the open window, or shouted incoherent phrases and made funny sounds.

Traffic police officers managed to stall the engine and take his keys. After that, the driver was taken to a drug treatment clinic, where it turned out that he was under the influence of strong drug intoxication.
