Viktor Yanukovych visited the Eurocar plant

On May 19, 2011, the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych visited the Eurocar plant on a working visit. Together with representatives of Skoda Auto and the Atoll Holding group of companies, he discussed steps to create a new Ukrainian automotive industry. I would like to understand what exactly is meant by this: is it about the liquidation of the old one? I hope this is not another assembly of Czech cars and not a new Forza model from UkrAVTO, but something truly fresh.
