Starting April 14, drivers no longer need a coupon with their license: the Law (draft No. 7066 dated 30.08.2010) came into force, introducing changes to a number of articles of the Law of Ukraine. The law comes into force from the moment of publication, and, accordingly, it was published in the newspaper "Uryadovy Kur'yer". Seems all OK.
At the same time, the press service of the State Automobile Inspectorate issued a statement: comments and suggestions on this same draft are accepted until May 3 at the address of the State Automobile Inspectorate.
So, after all, is the coupon canceled or not?
Where are the "glitches": in the State Automobile Inspectorate, which continues to discuss the law that has come into force; or in almost all Ukrainian media that published this news (i.e., the conclusion is that "Uryadovy Kur'yer" published nothing)?

Who knows? Are there people who held in their hands the issue of "Uryadovy Kur'yer" with this resolution?
