It is too early to talk about the reliability of this car — the model is too fresh. But its predecessor, the S-type, really caused trouble: brakes, gas pedal, crickets in the cabin, a sticking fuel filler flap — the list goes on. Jaguar has long earned a reputation as not the most reliable brand, and even the British themselves admit this. Although, perhaps, the new owners of the company will change something.
