When exactly do the new fines for traffic violations in Ukraine come into force?
The new law and fines will take effect in a month

Most likely, not before December. First they will think, then sign, and then the New Year will be right around the corner.
Until the end of the year, travel fares will not change :)
In my opinion, they raised it quite well. The main thing is not to increase the amounts, but to improve the quality of work of the inspectors themselves. With the new fines, they will clearly become more active.
Yes, I was hasty with the forecast.
Heard that new fines come into effect from November 14. How are we supposed to live now? Feeding those "doughnuts" in uniform on the roads... Might as well just take a taxi.
it's easier to drive by the rules

It would be interesting to see how you'd speed along in your Qashqai at thirty kilometers per hour. Of course, rules must be followed. But the signs on the roads are far from being placed sensibly everywhere. You're driving along the highway, and suddenly — a limit of 30 km/h. Supposedly due to road works that have been going on there for a couple of years already. And what's the result? What if those posts stay there forever? You have to brake and explain yourself. So first, order needs to be brought to the roads and to the ranks of our traffic police, and only then can we talk about following all the rules and laws.

Not from the 14th, but from November 17th. So there are still three days to violate freely.
I agree that order on the roads is necessary, and checkpoints should be exactly in dangerous places, not where fines can be easily collected. But rules remain rules, and they will have to be followed anyway. Now there is complete chaos and lawlessness on the roads, so any measures will not be superfluous.
