The question is purely practical — I work in a 'gray' dealership myself. I would like to hear the most specific complaints, wishes, and concrete cases that made you refuse or would make you refuse to buy a car from a non-official dealer.

Найбільша проблема «сірих» — це гарантія. Якщо щось трапиться, ви шукаєте, куди звернутися. Плюс часто ціни вже не такі привабливі, як офіціали.
