The ninth-generation Volkswagen Passat is built only as an estate: the sedan was dropped because buyers moved to crossovers, and those who stayed with the Passat want the load space.
Dimensions
It is 4917 mm long, 1852 mm wide and 1506 mm tall on a 2841 mm wheelbase. The boot holds 690 litres, or 1920 with the seats folded. Kerb weight is 1572-1855 kg.
Engines
Ukraine gets the 2.0 TDI diesel with 150 hp and 360 Nm, and the 1.5 eTSI mild-hybrid petrol with 150 hp and 250 Nm. Both use a seven-speed DSG and front-wheel drive.
Equipment
The Elegance trim includes IQ.LIGHT matrix headlights, the Digital Cockpit Pro display, surround-view cameras and adaptive cruise control.
