Land Rover Evoque 2011 3-door crossover features 7

Park Assist

The Park Assist system first appeared on the Range Rover Evoque model. It takes over steering control during parallel parking. The driver only needs to engage the appropriate gear and press the accelerator or brake.

RSC System

RSC System

The Roll Stability Control (RSC) system helps keep the vehicle body in a stable position by detecting the risk of excessive tilt in advance. It brakes the wheels on the outside of the turn, thereby widening the turning radius and preventing rollover. It is important to note that any electronics do not replace the need to follow safe driving practices.
Meridian Audio System

Meridian Audio System

The Meridian audio system with 825 W of power uses modern digital technologies to improve sound. A 15-channel amplifier drives 17 speakers, including a subwoofer, creating clear spatial sound without distortion. The system uses Tri-field, Dolby Pro Logic IIx, and DTS Neo 6 technologies. The rated power is measured at a THD+N level of no more than 0.2%. The device plays CDs and MP3s, and also allows connecting an iPod® or other MP3 players. The built-in correction system eliminates the shortcomings of the cabin acoustics, providing high-quality sound for everyone in the car.

Terrain Response System

The Range Rover Evoque uses an advanced version of the Terrain Response® adaptation system, which adjusts the vehicle to current road conditions. The driver selects one of the modes, and the system chooses optimal settings for handling and traction. This allows confident driving both in the city and off-road — from mud to sand.

Surround View System

The surround view system consists of five small video cameras installed around the perimeter of the vehicle. These cameras transmit to the touchscreen display an almost complete panorama around the car. The driver can simultaneously see the picture from different points, as well as zoom in on individual areas to examine objects and zones that are usually hidden from view.

Adaptive Xenon Headlights

Adaptive HID xenon headlights change the direction of the light beam following the steering wheel. Static cornering lights built into the headlights additionally illuminate the road, which is especially useful on sharp turns. LED elements integrated into the headlights as glowing lines also make the car's appearance more expressive.

Dual View Display

The dual-image display technology allows the driver and front passenger to look at the same screen but see different content. For example, the driver can view the navigation map while the passenger simultaneously watches a movie.

Voice control allows commands to be given to most functions of the multimedia system. This system is simple and convenient to use.
