The second-generation HS7 of 2023 switched to a transverse engine layout and shrank relative to its predecessor: 4995 mm long on a 2920 mm wheelbase. The 3.0 V6 was dropped, leaving the turbocharged 2.0-litre four with a 48 V mild-hybrid system and an eight-speed Aisin automatic.
