The Bogdan automotive corporation was established in February 2005 as a result of the merger of several companies involved in the production of passenger cars, trucks, buses, special equipment, and components. Currently, its structure includes twenty enterprises.
The corporation's facilities assemble passenger cars under the brands Bogdan, Lifan, Hyundai, Subaru, Great Wall, Lada, and Uz-Daewoo, as well as commercial vehicles from Isuzu, Hyundai Truck, and Bogdan. Additionally, Bogdan buses and trolleybuses are produced. The production lines are designed to assemble approximately 150,000 vehicles annually.
