Kia Venga
Kia Venga is a microvan of the South Korean brand Kia Motors, belonging to the B-class. The model name translates from Spanish as "Come on!".
The prototype of the production version was the Kia No. 3 concept, presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2009. Its feature was a glass roof with a diagonal beam. The official premiere took place at the Frankfurt Motor Show in August 2009, and European sales started in 2010. The model was developed at KIA's European design center in Germany and is produced at a plant in Slovakia. Venga has received two prestigious design awards: red dot design award and iF product design award.
The appearance of the Kia Venga is distinguished by massive wheel arches, a low center of gravity, and a wedge-shaped double side line under the windows. The dynamic look is complemented by elongated front and rear lights, as well as a rear door with a steep angle. The interior is equipped with a sliding 60/40 seat divider; when fully folded, it forms a flat floor without a central tunnel, providing plenty of luggage space. Some trim levels offer a panoramic glass roof. Active safety includes ABS and emergency braking assist (standard equipment), as well as electronic stability control (ESC) and hill start assist (HAC) in higher trims. Depending on the configuration, front, side, and curtain airbags are available.
The model has been officially supplied to the Ukrainian market since 2010. Versions with petrol engines are available: 1.4 L (90 hp) paired with a 5-speed manual and 1.6 L (125 hp) with a 4-speed automatic. Average fuel consumption is 6.2 L for the 1.4 L engine, 6.7 L for the 1.6 L with manual, and up to 7 L with automatic. Diesel engines are offered with 90 and 128 hp, but only the first option with a 1.4 L displacement and average consumption of 4.9 L is officially supplied to the Ukrainian market. Drive — front.
