transportation of organized groups of children – simultaneous transportation of ten or more children with a leader responsible for their accompaniment during the trip (for a group of thirty or more children, an additional medical worker is allocated);

road works – works related to construction, reconstruction, repair or maintenance of a road (street), artificial structures, road drainage structures, engineering equipment, installation (repair, replacement) of technical means of traffic management;

2.2. "Passing without stopping is prohibited." It is prohibited to pass without stopping before marking 1.12 (stop line), and if it is absent — before the sign.

1.22. "Intersection with a secondary road."
1.23.1—1.23.4. "Junction of a secondary road." Sign 1.23.1 — junction from the right side, 1.23.2 — from the left, 1.23.3 — from the right and left, 1.23.4 — from the left and right side.

1.27. "Railway crossing with a barrier."

14.6. Overtaking is prohibited:
b) at railway crossings and closer than 100 m before them;

1.1. (narrow solid line) — separates traffic flows of opposite directions and marks the boundaries of traffic lanes on roads; marks the boundaries of the carriageway onto which entry is prohibited; marks the boundaries of parking places for vehicles and the edge of the carriageway of roads not classified by traffic conditions as motorways;
Lines 1.1 and 1.3 are prohibited to cross. If line 1.1 marks a parking place or the edge of the carriageway adjacent to the shoulder, this line is allowed to be crossed.
As an exception, provided road safety is ensured, it is allowed to cross line 1.1 to bypass a stationary obstacle whose dimensions do not allow its safe bypass without crossing this line, as well as to overtake single vehicles moving at a speed of less than 30 km/h.

12.6. Outside built-up areas on all roads and on roads passing through built-up areas marked with sign 5.47, movement is allowed at a speed:
d) other vehicles: on a road marked with road sign 5.1 – not more than 130 km/h, on a road with separate carriageways,

8.7.3. Traffic light signals have the following meanings:
e) the combination of red and yellow signals prohibits movement and informs about the upcoming switching on of the green signal;

21.3. Transportation by bus (minibus) of organized groups of children is carried out provided that mandatory instruction is conducted with children and accompanying persons regarding the rules of safe behavior during movement and actions in the event of emergency situations or a traffic accident. In this case, in front and behind the bus (minibus), in accordance with the requirements of subparagraph "c" of paragraph 30.3 of these Rules, an identification sign "Children" must be installed.
The driver of the bus (minibus) transporting organized groups of children must have at least 5 years of driving experience and a driver's license of category "D".

27.2. On motorways and roads for cars it is prohibited:
a) movement of tractors, self-propelled machines and mechanisms;
24.9. It is prohibited to teach driving vehicles in residential areas, on roads for cars and on motorways. The list of roads on which driving instruction is allowed is agreed with the State Automobile Inspection.
6.7. Drivers of mopeds and bicycles are prohibited:
b) to move on motorways and roads for cars, as well as on the carriageway if there is a bicycle path nearby;

26.1. Pedestrians are allowed to move in residential and pedestrian zones both on sidewalks and on the carriageway. Pedestrians have priority over vehicles, but they must not create unreasonable obstacles to their movement.

12.6. Outside built-up areas on all roads and on roads passing through built-up areas marked with sign 5.47, movement is allowed at a speed:
a) buses (minibuses) transporting organized groups of children, passenger cars with a trailer and motorcycles – not more than 80 km/h;

27.2. On motorways and roads for cars it is prohibited:
a) movement of tractors, self-propelled machines and mechanisms;
d) turning around and entering technological gaps of the dividing strip;
e) driving instruction.
24.9. It is prohibited to teach driving vehicles in residential areas, on roads for cars and on motorways. The list of roads on which driving instruction is allowed is agreed with the State Automobile Inspection.

30.3. The following identification signs are installed on the corresponding vehicles (Appendix 4):
i) "Maximum speed limit" — an image of road sign 3.29 indicating the permitted speed (sign diameter — not less than 160 mm, border width — 1/10 of the diameter). Sign

15.9. Stopping is prohibited:
c) on overpasses, bridges, bridges and under them, as well as in tunnels;
10.7. Turning around is prohibited:
b) on bridges, overpasses, bridges and under them;

16.6. When turning left or making a U-turn at a green signal of the main traffic light, the driver of a non-rail vehicle must give way to a tram of the same direction, as well as to vehicles moving in the opposite direction straight or turning right.
This rule should also be followed by tram drivers among themselves.
8.3. Traffic controller signals have priority over traffic light signals and requirements of priority road signs and are mandatory for execution.
Traffic light signals, except yellow flashing, have priority over priority road signs.
Drivers and pedestrians must comply with additional requirements of the traffic controller, even if they contradict traffic light signals, requirements of road signs and markings.

28.3. On mountain roads it is prohibited:
a) to move with the engine not running and the clutch or gear disengaged;

8.6. Road equipment is used as an auxiliary means of traffic regulation.
It includes:
a) fences and light signaling equipment in places of construction, reconstruction and repair of roads;
g) noise strips to increase the attention of road users on dangerous road sections.

19.1. In the dark and in conditions of insufficient visibility, regardless of the degree of road lighting, as well as in tunnels, the following lighting devices must be turned on on a moving vehicle:
a) on all mechanical vehicles — low beam (high beam) headlights;
b) on mopeds (bicycles) and horse-drawn carts (sledges) — headlights or lanterns;
c) on trailers and towed vehicles — side lights.
Note.
In conditions of insufficient visibility on mechanical vehicles, it is allowed to turn on fog lights instead of low beam (high beam) headlights.

1.2. (wide solid line) — marks the edge of the carriageway on motorways or the boundaries of the lane for route vehicles. In places where entry into the lane for route vehicles is allowed for other vehicles, this line may be broken;
Line 1.2 is allowed to be crossed in case of a forced stop, if this line marks the edge of the carriageway adjacent to the shoulder.
