16.11. At an intersection of unequal roads, the driver of a vehicle moving on a secondary road must give way to vehicles approaching this intersection of carriageways on the main road, regardless of the direction of their further movement.
give way — a requirement to a road user not to continue or resume movement, not to carry out any maneuvers (except for the requirement to free the occupied lane), if this may force other road users who have the right of way to change direction or speed;

3.2. In the case of approach of a vehicle with a blue flashing beacon and (or) a special sound signal, drivers of other vehicles that may create an obstacle to its movement are obliged to give way to it and ensure unhindered passage of the specified vehicle (and vehicles accompanied by it).
On vehicles moving in an accompanied column, low beam headlights must be turned on.
If on such a vehicle flashing beacons of blue and red or only red are turned on, drivers of other vehicles are obliged to stop at the right edge of the carriageway (on the right shoulder). On a road with a dividing strip, this requirement must be fulfilled by drivers of vehicles moving in the same direction.

3.14. "Movement of vehicles transporting substances that pollute water is prohibited".

5.38. "Parking place".
7.7. "Parking with the engine off". Indicates that in the parking lot marked with signs 5.38 or 5.39, it is allowed to leave vehicles only with the engine off.

1.31.1—1.31.6. "Approach to a railway crossing". Additional warning of approaching a railway crossing outside populated areas.
Warning signs, except for signs 1.4.1—1.4.3, 1.29—1.31.6, are installed outside populated areas at a distance of 150—300 m, in populated areas — at a distance of 50—100 m to the beginning of the dangerous section. If necessary, signs are installed at a different distance, which is indicated on plate 7.1.1

1.1. (narrow solid line) — separates traffic flows of opposite directions and marks the boundaries of traffic lanes on roads; marks the boundaries of the carriageway, entry onto which is prohibited; marks the boundaries of parking places for vehicles and the edge of the carriageway of roads not classified by traffic conditions as motorways;
Lines 1.1 and 1.3 are prohibited to cross. If line 1.1 marks a parking place or the edge of the carriageway adjacent to the shoulder, this line is allowed to be crossed.
As an exception, provided that road safety is ensured, it is allowed to cross line 1.1 to bypass a stationary obstacle whose dimensions do not allow its safe bypass without crossing this line, as well as to overtake single vehicles moving at a speed of less than 30 km/h.

4.11. "Movement of passenger cars." Only passenger cars, buses, motorcycles, route vehicles, and trucks whose permissible maximum mass does not exceed 3.5 tons are allowed to move.

8.8. Traffic controller signals. Traffic controller signals are the positions of his body, as well as hand gestures, including with a baton or a disk with a red reflector, having the following meanings:
a) arms extended to the sides, lowered, or the right arm bent in front of the chest: from the left and right sides — tram movement straight is allowed, trackless vehicles — straight and

9.10. Together with turning on the hazard warning lights, a warning triangle or a flashing red lantern should be placed at a distance ensuring road safety, but not closer than 20 m to the vehicle in built-up areas and 40 m outside them, in the case of:
b) a forced stop in places with limited road visibility in at least one direction of less than 100 m.

10.10. Reversing of vehicles is prohibited on motorways, roads for cars, railway crossings, pedestrian crossings, intersections, bridges, overpasses, viaducts, in tunnels, at their entrances and exits, as well as on road sections with limited visibility or insufficient visibility.
Reversing is allowed on roads with one-way traffic, provided that the requirements of point 10.9 of these Rules are met and it is impossible to approach the object in another way.

11.7. Vehicles whose speed must not exceed 40 km/h or which for technical reasons cannot develop such speed must move as close as possible to the right edge of the carriageway, except when overtaking, bypassing, or changing lanes before turning left or making a U-turn.

12.6. Outside built-up areas on all roads and on roads passing through built-up areas marked with sign 5.47, movement is allowed at a speed of:
b) vehicles driven by drivers with up to 2 years of experience — no more than 70 km/h;

22.3. Cargo transportation is allowed provided that it:
b) does not violate the stability of the vehicle and does not impede its control;

15.9. Stopping is prohibited:
c) on viaducts, bridges, overpasses and under them, as well as in tunnels;
10.7. Turning around is prohibited:
b) on bridges, overpasses, viaducts and under them;

16.12. At an intersection of equivalent roads, the driver of a trackless vehicle must give way to vehicles approaching from the right.
This rule should also be followed by tram drivers among themselves.
At any uncontrolled intersection, a tram, regardless of the direction of its further movement, has priority over trackless vehicles approaching it on an equivalent road.

31.4.2. Steering control:
a) the total play in the steering exceeds the following limit values:

19.1. At night and in conditions of insufficient visibility, regardless of the degree of road lighting, as well as in tunnels, the following lighting devices must be turned on on a moving vehicle:
a) on all mechanical vehicles — low beam (high beam) headlights;

20.3. To allow an approaching train to pass and in other cases when movement through a railway crossing is prohibited, the driver must stop before road marking 1.12 (stop line), road sign 2.2, barrier or traffic light so as to see the signals, and if traffic management devices are absent — no closer than 10 m to the nearest rail.
20.5. Movement through the crossing is prohibited if:
b) the barrier is lowered or has begun to lower;
c) a prohibiting traffic light signal or sound signal is turned on regardless of the presence and position of the barrier;
