insufficient visibility — visibility of the road in the direction of travel less than 300 m in twilight, in conditions of fog, rain, snowfall, etc.;

2.13. The right to drive vehicles is granted:
a) motor vehicles and invalid carriages — from the age of 16;

1.37. "Road works". A section of road on which works are being carried out.

5.7.1. and 5.7.2. "Exit onto a road with one-way traffic". Indicate the direction of movement on the intersecting road if one-way traffic is organized on it. The movement of vehicles on this road or carriageway is allowed only in the direction of the arrow.

3.34. "Stopping prohibited". Stopping and parking of vehicles are prohibited, except for taxis picking up or dropping off passengers (loading or unloading cargo).
The effect of signs 3.9, 3.10, 3.34—3.37 extends only to the side of the road on which they are installed.

6.7. Drivers of mopeds and bicycles are prohibited from:
c) moving on sidewalks and pedestrian paths (except for children under 7 years old on children's bicycles under the supervision of adults);

8.8. Traffic controller signals. Traffic controller signals are the positions of his body, as well as hand gestures, including with a baton or a disc with a red reflector,
having the following meanings:
c) arm raised up: movement of all vehicles and pedestrians is prohibited in all directions. The baton is used only by employees of the State Automobile Inspection units and military

9.10. Together with turning on the hazard warning lights, you should install a warning triangle or a flashing red lantern at a distance that ensures road safety, but not closer than 20 m to the vehicle in populated areas and 40 m outside them, in case of:
a) a traffic accident;

10.10. Reversing of vehicles is prohibited on motorways, roads for cars, railway crossings, pedestrian crossings, intersections, bridges,
overpasses, viaducts, in tunnels, at entrances and exits from them, as well as on sections of roads with limited visibility or insufficient visibility.
Reversing is allowed on roads with one-way traffic, provided that the requirements of point 10.9 of these Rules are met and it is impossible to approach the object in another way.

11.2. Non-rail vehicles must move as close as possible to the right edge of the roadway.

12.1. When choosing, within the established limits, a safe speed, the driver must take into account the road situation, as well as the characteristics of the cargo being transported and the condition of the vehicle, in order to be able to constantly control its movement and safely operate it.

30.3. The following identification signs are installed on the relevant vehicles (Appendix 4):
ґ) "Disabled person" — a yellow square with a side of 150 mm and a black image of the symbol of plate 7.17. The sign is placed at the front and rear on mechanical vehicles,

15.3. In populated areas, stopping and parking of vehicles are allowed on the left side of a road that has one lane for traffic in each direction (without tram tracks in the middle) and is not divided by marking 1.1, as well as on the left side of a road with one-way traffic.
If the road has a boulevard or a dividing strip, stopping and parking of vehicles near them is prohibited.

16.11. At an intersection of unequal roads, the driver of a vehicle moving on a secondary road must give way to vehicles approaching this intersection of roadways on the main road, regardless of the direction of their further movement.

17.3. Outside intersections where tram tracks cross the lane of non-rail vehicles, priority is given to the tram (except in cases of a tram leaving the depot).

31.4.7. Other structural elements:
a) absence of windows and rear-view mirrors provided for by the vehicle design;

16.12. At an intersection of equal roads, the driver of a non-rail vehicle must give way to vehicles approaching from the right.
Tram drivers must also be guided by this rule among themselves.
At any uncontrolled intersection, a tram, regardless of the direction of its further movement, has priority over non-rail vehicles approaching it on an equal road.

20.7. It is prohibited to arbitrarily open the barrier or bypass it, as well as to bypass vehicles standing in front of the crossing when movement through it is prohibited.
