5.4. In the event of a traffic accident, a passenger of a vehicle involved in the accident must provide possible assistance to the injured, report the accident to the police authority or unit, and remain at the scene until police officers arrive.

4.3. "Direction of turn". Signs (1.4.1 — movement to the right, 1.4.2 — movement to the left) show the direction of the turn of the road marked by signs 1.1 and 1.2, the direction of bypassing an obstacle on the road, and sign 1.4.1, in addition, — the direction of bypassing the center of an intersection with circular traffic; sign 1.4.3 (movement to the right or left) shows the direction of movement at T-shaped intersections, road forks or bypassing a repaired road section.
Signs 4.3, 4.5 and 4.6 also permit U-turns of vehicles. The effect of signs 4.1–4.6 does not extend to vehicles moving along established routes.
The effect of signs 4.1–4.6 extends to the intersection of roadways before which they are installed. The effect of sign 4.1, installed at the beginning of a road or after an intersection,
extends to the road section up to the nearest intersection. The sign does not prohibit turning right into courtyards and other territories adjacent to the road.

3.2. "Several turns". A road section with two or more dangerous turns located one after another: 1.3.1 — with the first turn to the right, 1.3.2 — with the first turn to the left.
7.4.1.—7.4.7. "Validity time". Plate 7.4.1 — Saturday, Sunday and holidays, 7.4.2 — working days, 7.4.3 — days of the week, 7.4.4–7.4.7 — days of the week and time of day during which the sign is valid.

3.22. "Right turn prohibited".

1.4. — denotes places where stopping and parking of vehicles are prohibited. It is used independently or in combination with sign 3.34 and is applied at the edge of the roadway or along the top of the curb;

1.20. "Intersection with a tram line". The place where the road intersects with a tram track at an intersection with limited visibility or outside it.

8.7.3. Traffic light signals have the following meanings:
b) green in the form of an arrow (arrows) on a black background permits movement in the indicated direction (directions). The same meaning is given by a signal in the form of a green arrow (arrows) in

24.9. It is prohibited to teach driving in residential areas, on roads for cars and on highways. The list of roads on which driving instruction is permitted is agreed with the State Automobile Inspectorate.

11.6. On roads with three or more lanes for movement in one direction, trucks with a permitted maximum mass over 3.5 t, tractors, self-propelled machines and mechanisms are allowed to enter the far left lane only for turning left and making a U-turn, and in populated areas on roads with one-way traffic, in addition, — for stopping on the left, in permitted cases, for loading or unloading.
15.3. In populated areas, stopping and parking of vehicles are permitted on the left side of a road that has one lane for movement in each direction (without tram tracks in the middle) and is not divided by marking 1.1, as well as on the left side of a road with one-way traffic.
If the road has a boulevard or a dividing strip, stopping and parking of vehicles near them is prohibited.

12.5. In residential and pedestrian zones, the speed of movement must not exceed 20 km/h.
1.1. (narrow solid line) — separates traffic flows of opposite directions and denotes the boundaries of traffic lanes on roads; denotes the boundaries of the roadway, entry onto which is prohibited; denotes the boundaries of parking places for vehicles and the edge of the roadway of roads not classified by traffic conditions as highways;

30.3. The following identification signs are installed on the corresponding vehicles (appendix 4):
i) "Maximum speed limit" — an image of road sign 3.29 with an indication of the permitted speed (sign diameter — at least 160 mm, border width — 1/10 of the diameter). The sign

15.1. Stopping and parking of vehicles on the road must be carried out in specially designated places or on the roadside.
15.2. In the absence of specially designated places or a roadside, or if stopping or parking there is impossible, they are permitted at the right edge of the roadway (as far to the right as possible, so as not to obstruct other road users).

16.1. An intersection where the order of passage is determined by traffic light signals or a traffic controller is considered regulated. At such an intersection, priority signs do not apply.
In the event of a traffic light failure or its operation in the mode of flashing yellow signal and the absence of a traffic controller, the intersection is considered unregulated and drivers must be guided by the rules for passing unregulated intersections and the priority signs installed at the intersection.
2.2. "Passing without stopping is prohibited". Passing without stopping before marking 1.12 (stop line) is prohibited, and if it is absent — before the sign.
1.12. (stop line) — indicates the place where the driver must stop in the presence of sign 2.2 or at a traffic light or traffic controller signal prohibiting movement;

12.1. When choosing a safe speed within the established limits, the driver must take into account the road situation, as well as the characteristics of the cargo being transported and the condition of the vehicle, in order to be able to constantly control its movement and safely operate it.

18.1. The driver of a vehicle approaching an unregulated pedestrian crossing where pedestrians are present must reduce speed, and if necessary stop, to yield to pedestrians for whom an obstacle or danger may be created.
4.16. A pedestrian has the right:
a) to priority when crossing the roadway at marked unregulated pedestrian crossings, as well as at regulated crossings when there is an appropriate signal

3.38. "Restricted parking zone". Defines an area within a populated area where parking duration is restricted regardless of whether a fee is charged. The lower part of the sign may indicate the conditions of the parking restriction. In appropriate cases, the sign or additional plates 7.4.1—7.4.7, 7.19 indicate the days and times of day during which the restriction applies, as well as its conditions.
Parking is prohibited in the marked zone for a duration longer than indicated on plates 7.4.1—7.4.7, 7.19

16.13. Before turning left and making a U-turn, the driver of a non-rail vehicle must yield to a tram traveling in the same direction, as well as to vehicles moving on an equivalent road in the opposite direction straight or to the right.
Tram drivers must also be guided by this rule among themselves.
